“Full Design” Experience:

Ideal if you are starting a new build journey, this is a complete package where you are getting the expertise of a building biologist AND an interior designer. We will work hand in hand with your building designer to limit mistakes and provide you with optimal air quality, EMF protection and interior design.

We will start with:

- Initial consultation, discussing style, goals, needs, budget, deadline and a detailed brief

-  Site measure up including EMFs and other potential hazards that may impact site

-  Overlooking plans with Building Designer (Interior Design and Building Biology perspective)

-  Concept design and mood board (scales 2D plan and 3D model)

- Documentation (Floor plan, elevations, schedules and Building Biologist full report)

- When the building is up, the Building Biologist can then verify EMFs and air quality

-  Selection of low VOC and chemical free finishes, flooring, appliances, furniture, decor and styling

“Face lift” Experience:

If you want to renovate a full house or just refresh a room (kitchen, bathroom, living area…) This service is made for you. It includes:

- Initial consultation with Building Biologist and Interior Designer, discussing style, goals, needs, budget and deadline and a detailed brief

- The Building Biologist can assess the existing indoor air quality, EMFs or moisture-related issues as required 

The Interior Designer will:

-  Assess the layout and functionality of the space to ensure it meets the client's needs while maximizing natural light and ventilation

-   Visit suppliers, select finishes, appliances, tapware, flooring and decor made from natural, sustainable, and non-toxic materials

- Select chemical free furniture from a range of trustworthy manufacturers who share our dedication to sustainability

-  Create finish schedule and FF&E schedule with details of all materials ready to be forwarded to the appointed builder for tendering.

-  Selection of low VOC and chemical free finishes, flooring, appliances, furniture, and decor

-   Decor accessories and art piece selection

-   Installation, final styling in home

“Consultation”
